Description
- Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting for a wide range of IT issues
- Resolve incidents and service requests through remote diagnosis and hands-on support
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams and follow up to ensure timely resolution
- Document all interactions and maintain detailed records of reported problems and their solutions
- Continuously improve service delivery by identifying areas for process enhancement
- Assist in the implementation of new technologies and provide training to end-users
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT service desk or technical support role
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think critically
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients
- Proficient in using remote support tools and IT service management platforms
- Working knowledge of common operating systems, software applications, and network protocols
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
