Description

  • Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting for a wide range of IT issues
  • Resolve incidents and service requests through remote diagnosis and hands-on support
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams and follow up to ensure timely resolution
  • Document all interactions and maintain detailed records of reported problems and their solutions
  • Continuously improve service delivery by identifying areas for process enhancement
  • Assist in the implementation of new technologies and provide training to end-users
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience


Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT service desk or technical support role
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think critically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients
  • Proficient in using remote support tools and IT service management platforms
  • Working knowledge of common operating systems, software applications, and network protocols
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
