Our sister company, Golden Bamboo Restaurant, is seeking a meticulous Inventory Controller responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our store's inventory. This role ensures that inventory levels meet operational needs while minimizing discrepancies and optimizing stock management processes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inventory checks, including receiving stock, cycle counts, and physical inventories.
• Report promptly on overstocking and under-stocking issues.
• Monitor and address inventory discrepancies, implementing corrective measures as needed.
• Manage automated stock replenishment to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Assess product damages and coordinate efforts to prevent overstocking and under-stocking.
• Analyze stock movements to develop strategies for pushing products or rationalizing stock.
• Utilize knowledge of inventory replenishment to maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Efficiently manage backroom operations and use System Application Programs (SAP) effectively.
• Provide accurate inventory reports to support store operations and strategic management decisions.
• Use inventory data to forecast future needs and refine inventory management strategies.
• Can assist in serving food when needed.

Skills:

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams.

Requirements:

• Education: At least College level
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of related experience or training.
