Online Conversation Sales Representative – Full Time | Day/Night Shift | $450 + Commission

We are looking for 2 Online Conversation Sales Representatives to join our team and support creators on premium subscription-based social platforms.

This role focuses on chat-based sales, relationship building, and strategic engagement through text messaging. Your goal is to create meaningful interactions, guide conversations, and encourage subscriber activity through persuasive, well-structured messaging.

This is a text-only position — no calls, no video, no meetings with clients.

Responsibilities

• Engage in real-time text conversations with subscribers

Schedule

Full-time position (38–42 hours per week)

Rotating day or night shifts to align with US peak engagement hours.

Compensation

• $450/month base salary
• Up to $800/month in commissions based on sales performance
• Paid trial week (paid per day worked)
• Monthly salary + commissions released regularly
• Total earning potential: $450 – $1,250 per month
