Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Skills and Competencies: Familiarity with payroll systems and employee benefits management.
  • Qualities and Traits: Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
