- Maintaining positive employee relationships and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
- Handle employee records, facilitate training, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Managing employee complaints, creates and releases notices to employees.
- Good communications and interpersonal skills.
- Other HR Related tasks such as hiring and training of employees.
- Preferably, graduate of BSBA major in HRDM, BS Psychology or any related course.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- 2 years HR practitioners experience in FMCG environment is an advantage.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge on company policies, principles and labor laws.
- Knowledge in MS Office applications
