Description

Assist in recruitment processes, manage payroll, and support talent management initiatives.
Assist in recruiting processes, including job postings and applicant screening.
Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.
Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Handle employee inquiries and provide administrative support.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in People Management, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Human Resource Planning.
Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
