Job Title: Human Resources Generalist / HR Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our organization, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws, and contributing to the development and implementation of HR initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
• Support the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
• Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely filling of open positions
• Employee Relations:
• Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters
• Investigate and resolve employee complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner
• Benefits and Compensation:
• Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits
• Training and Development:
• Coordinate training programs and workshops for employees
• Identify training needs and develop plans to address them
• HR Policies and Procedures:
• Maintain and update HR policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Employee Engagement:
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities, such as team-building events and recognition programs
• Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
