The HR Generalist is responsible for managing the full spectrum of human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, training and development, and compliance with Philippine labor laws.


This role ensures smooth HR operations and contributes to cultivating a positive, professional, and high-performing workplace culture. The ideal candidate is people-oriented, detail-focused, and capable of balancing administrative efficiency with employee engagement and strategic HR support.


Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.

• Prepare job offers, contracts, and pre-employment documentation.

• Conduct onboarding sessions and orientation for new hires.

• Maintain a database of qualified candidates and new employees.


2. Employee Relations & Engagement

• Foster a collaborative and respectful work environment.

• Address employee concerns promptly and confidentially.

• Organize employee engagement programs, team-building, and wellness activities.

• Guide managers and employees through disciplinary procedures and policy adherence.


3. Performance Management

• Coordinate the implementation of performance reviews and appraisal cycles.

• Monitor KPI tracking and assist managers in evaluating performance.

• Document and manage performance improvement plans when necessary.


4. Compensation & Benefits Administration

• Oversee payroll preparation and coordinate with Finance for accurate disbursement.

• Monitor attendance, leaves, and timekeeping records.

• Ensure timely remittance of government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).

• Maintain accurate employee compensation and benefits data.


5. HR Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations.

• Maintain and update HR policies, employee handbook, and internal procedures.

• Handle HR documentation such as contracts, evaluations, and disciplinary actions.

• Prepare HR reports, compliance filings, and government-related submissions.


6. Training & Development

• Identify skill gaps and training needs across departments.

• Coordinate training programs, workshops, and seminars.

• Track employee participation and evaluate learning outcomes.


7. Strategic HR Support

• Provide HR metrics and insights to management for decision-making.

• Support workforce planning and retention initiatives.

• Assist in strengthening the company’s culture and values across all teams.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field.

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.

• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HR systems.

• Organized, discreet, and highly dependable.

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
