Description
- Support recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Administer employee benefits and maintain HR records.
- Assist in performance management and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Organize training and development initiatives.
- Provide support in payroll processing and HR reporting.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a generalist capacity.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in HRIS, recruiting, talent management, and strong attention to detail.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; may require occasional overtime during peak hiring periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, strong people management abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset.
