A leading medical distributor is seeking a People Development Officer (PDO) to play a pivotal role in securing and developing top talent to meet strategic and operational goals.


Role Overview:


As the PDO, you will oversee critical HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Labor Law Compliance. Reporting directly to the Executive Office, this role requires a strong leader who can uphold organizational standards and foster a productive work environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle to attract and retain top talent.
  • Employee Relations & Discipline: Address grievances and enforce disciplinary policies in line with labor standards.
  • Performance Management: Drive KPIs, talent development plans, and training programs.
  • Labor Law Compliance: Ensure policies align with local labor laws and advise leadership on necessary updates.

Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
