About the Role

We are looking for an HR Intern to join our team! This role focuses on supporting recruitment, employee engagement, and various HR administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be people-oriented, organized, and proactive in contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment Support - Assisting in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and phone interviews.
• Onboarding - Helping with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials and assisting with paperwork.
• Administrative tasks - Managing and maintaining employee records and HR databases.
• Employee Relations - Assisting with employee engagement initiatives and activities.

What We’re Looking For

• Currently a 3rd-year or 4th-year student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• Enrolled in an internship or practicum course as part of academic requirements
• Good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Great attention to detail and highly organized.
• Willing to work in all the facets of HR.
