Description
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration.
- Manage employee records, assist in recruitment, process payroll, and maintain financial documents.
- Maintain employee records and payroll processing.
- Support accounts payable and receivable tasks.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with audits.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and financial regulations.
- Facilitate communication between departments for HR and finance matters.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or Accounting.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant work experience in HR and accounting functions.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in computer applications, payroll systems, and MS Office.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours and occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, strong communication skills, and teamwork-oriented.
