Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef in a large-scale restaurant or 5-star hotel.
  • Expertise in either traditional Filipino cuisine or a specific Western cuisine (e.g., Italian, French, Modern European).
  • Ability to independently create menus, control costs, and manage kitchen inventory.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and maintaining the highest standards of kitchen cleanliness.
  • Good communication and active listening skills is required.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with the management team and other staff.
  • Flexibility to adjust working hours based on event schedules.
