Job Overview

• We are seeking a motivated Market Growth Intern to support the expansion of MEXC user base and ecosystem. This role focuses on executing localized growth strategies across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have creative outreach to drive measurable results in Australia/New Zealand market.

Working Location: Remote(Candidates based in Australia & New Zealand are preferred)

Salary Structure: Fixed base allowance + variable monthly incentives contingent on KPIs + pathway to permanent role subject to performance evaluation.

300-800U for New Zealand and Australia.

• Execute targeted online/offline creative promotion to drive local user acquisition in Canada/the UK/Australia/New Zealand to MEXC platform, adhering to monthly growth KPIs.
• Tailor messaging to resonate with local audiences, addressing local market behaviors and preferences.
• Utilize referral links, social media, and community channels and field marketing to onboard new users to the MEXC platform.
• Maintain detailed records of outreach efforts, and user engagement metrics.
• Actively invite and guide new users to participate in localized online events (e.g., trading competitions, AMAs) to boost platform activity.
• Foster engagement within MEXC local communities to enhance retention and trading volume.
• Enhance localized UGC SEO content volume to improve organic acquisition and local search presence.
• Participate in offline meetups and contribute to local event planning and promotion efforts.

1. Proven community growth experience, preferably in Web3/crypto projects, with a track record of driving user acquisition and engagement.
2. Established local Web3 network with connections to key offline crypto communities, meetups, or industry events in the Australia/New Zealand.
3. Active cryptocurrency trader with hands-on exchange experience (DeFi/CeFi), demonstrating strong market awareness.
4. Reside in one of the following regions: Canada, the UK, Australia or New Zealand.
