User Growth Execution
Collaborate to formulate and implement user growth strategies, including but not limited to onboarding new users, conversion, and incentive activities, to enhance the utilization of fiat channels.
Event Planning and Execution
Assist in planning and executing operations activities related to fiat currency, such as cashback on first deposits, transaction incentives, and referral commissions, while tracking effectiveness and optimizing.
Data Tracking and Analysis
Regularly collect and organize data related to user growth, assist in analyzing user behavior paths and key metrics (e.g., conversion rate, retention rate, funnel), and produce operational reports.
User Engagement and Retention
Execute daily operational copywriting and deployment through channels such as email, push notifications, and banners to enhance user activity and retention rates.
User Research and Feedback
Assist in collecting user feedback, gaining insights into user behavior and needs, and providing recommendations for product optimization and activity design.
Cross-Department Collaboration
Collaborate with product, marketing, customer service, and other teams to ensure coordinated resources for activities and smooth launch processes.
