We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing and Graphic Designer to join our team. This dual-role position is responsible for developing visual content and implementing marketing strategies that align with brand objectives. You will be involved in designing a wide range of materials including digital assets, social media graphics, print collateral, and campaign visuals, while also supporting broader marketing initiatives.

Graphic Design:

·       Design visual content for digital and print (e.g., social media posts, brochures, presentations, banners, posters, infographics, etc.)

·       Ensure designs align with the company’s brand guidelines and messaging

·       Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize creative campaigns and promotional materials

·       Edit and refine existing design files or templates as needed

·       Coordinate with external vendors for print and production

Marketing:

·       Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and product launches

·       Develop content for social media platforms, email newsletters, websites, and other channels

·       Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for optimization

·       Maintain a content calendar for campaigns and promotions

·       Conduct basic market and competitor research to support strategies

·       Support events and promotional activities as needed

·       Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field

·       At least 2 years of experience in a similar role

·       Strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful design work

·       Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)

·       Knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing, analytics)

·       Strong communication and project management skills

·       Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
