About the role



We are seeking an experienced and talented Graphic Artist to join our dynamic team at Gaisano Grand Group of Companies' in the Cebu Central Visayas region. As a full-time Graphic Artist, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually appealing and impactful designs that support our marketing and advertising initiatives.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborating with the marketing and advertising teams to conceptualise and develop designs for a variety of print and digital materials, including advertisements, brochures, posters, social media graphics, and more
• Ensuring all designs adhere to the company's brand guidelines and visual identity
• Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of your work
• Providing input and recommendations on design strategies to enhance the impact of our marketing campaigns
• Delivering high-quality work within agreed deadlines and budgets
• Providing support and guidance to junior designers, as needed

What we're looking for

• A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Graphic Artist or Graphic Designer, preferably in the advertising, marketing, or publishing industry
• Proficiency in using design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
• Excellent creative and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling designs
• Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under tight deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• A portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and demonstrating your creative abilities
