Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deliver functional modules for Flutter cross-platform applications (iOS/Android), ensuring code quality and high performance and stability. - Optimize key metrics such as app launch speed, page rendering performance, and memory usage; identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to enhance user experience. - Collaborate closely with product, design, and front-/back-end development teams to efficiently implement cross-platform features and address compatibility issues. - Participate in technical solution reviews and code reviews, adhere to team coding standards, and ensure smooth development processes and delivery efficiency. - Support the team in iterating existing features and fixing bugs, continuously improving application stability and user experience. Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Flutter project development experience, including full-lifecycle involvement in at least one commercial Flutter project. - Proficient in Dart language features with a deep understanding of Flutter framework principles (widget tree, rendering mechanism, state management) and the ability to apply them in practice. - Expertise in common Flutter components and third-party libraries (Provider/BLoC/GetX, Dio, FlutterBoost, etc.), capable of efficient feature development and integration. - Mastery of app performance optimization techniques (UI rendering, network requests, resource loading, etc.). - Experience with cross-platform and native interactions (MethodChannel/PlatformChannel); familiarity with native iOS or Android development is a plus. - Mastery of app performance optimization techniques (UI rendering, network requests, resource loading, etc.); practical performance-tuning cases are preferred. - Familiarity with Git version control workflows, strong coding standards, documentation practices, and efficient problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, able to integrate quickly into the team and drive tasks to completion.
