Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate physical count activities with key stakeholders
• Support in Fixed Assets transactional like capital project reference creation, fixed asset acquisitions, and dispositions in the accounting system.
• Calculate depreciation for all fixed assets.
• Review and update the detailed schedule of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation.
• Reconcile the balance in the fixed asset subsidiary ledger to the summary-level account in the general ledger.
• Helps conduct analysis related to fixed assets as requested by management
• Support in timely closing & execution of financial periods as per closing calendar and in accordance with SLA commitments, fully observing Compliance, Internal Audit & SOX requirements
• Contribute to activities related to ongoing fixed assets projects.

Qualifications:

• Shared Service Experience.
• Knowledgeable in Fixed Assets accounting.
• Has A2R experience, Familiar with ERP Systems (SAP), Microsoft Excel (Macro).

Educational Attainment:

• BS Accountancy Graduate and or any Finance or Business-related course

Work Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-year experience relating to Finance and Accounting.

Work Schedule:

• Shift (8pm to 5am)

• Paranaque (Hybrid 3days Office, 2 days Work from Home Set-up)
