- Assists Sales Officer in providing communication to Credit as needed to relay follow ups on pending accounts and as well as those awaiting reconsideration.
- Receives and sorts documents submitted by submitted by the dealer.
- Assists Sales Officer in managing document deficiencies through regular communications.
- Administers contract - monitoring tasks, responsible preparing daily updates of booked, on process and pending.
- Assists Sales Officer in preparing report
- Performs clerical tasks such as handling and processing documents such as SOA, billing, reimbursement and other request forms.
- Graduate of any 4-year course, business management and marketing is a plus.
- 0 to 3 years of experience in sales and or consumer loans.
- Preferably with experience in dealer coverage and coordination.
