Ensure timely delivery of all projects
Coordinate internal resources for successful execution of projects, ensuring availability and allocation
Develop detailed plans to ensure that event progress is within the timeline
Participate in defining the project scope and objectives to ensure technical feasibility
Delegate project tasks based on staff members' capabilities
Manage changes such as project scope and schedule
Mitigate project risks through risk management
Manage and maintain relationships with company clients
Analyze the completion of short- and long-term goals by measuring and tracking project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Create comprehensive and accurate project documentation
Oversee training and conduct regular meetings with Sales Staff
Do event visits as required
Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Has a bachelor's degree in PR, advertising, marketing, or any related field.
At least 1 year of experience in event/project management in a corporate event context (conference, expo, and conventions).
Willing to report on-site to the office.
