MAJOR FUNCTIONS

• Planning and organizing to obtain efficient and effective strategies in developing and integration of plans and systems.
• Handles overall decision and expert judgement in the whole operations of Engineering Division (Electronics)

SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS

• Oversee the Engineering Department cost analysis and estimate
• Oversees the Engineering (Systems Automation/R&D, Technical, Design and After Sales Sections) and Project Management Operations and provides assistance to Sales & Marketing Department
• Designs, implements, and refines products development, testing and services
• Manages staff and assigns tasks to Engineering and technical personnel
• Leads team in the development of new products, solutions, and processes
• Oversees Project Logistics and resource allocation
• Strives to improve efficiency and sustainable of processes and product designs and to reduce waste
• Secures the resources needed for teams to excel, including researching, and proposing investments
• Helps to create and oversee project budgets and engages in cost management strategies
• Attends to trade shows and conferences and makes site visit to suppliers’ facilities
• Communicates technical information to non-technical stakeholders including investors and potential customers
• Assures that processes meet quality expectations and guidelines
• To ensure all practices are guided base on minimum standards set by Philippine codes, laws, and ethics
• Collaborates with other team leaders, fellow engineering officer, and department heads
• Forges and maintains relationships with Clients and customers
• Review and analysis schematics, plans and specifications, BOQ, MME, and Overall Project Construction Schedule
• Other relevant tasks which may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time

• Bachelor's degree in electronics
• Licensure is plus but not required
