Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x Onsite, 2x Remote)

Location: Makati

Schedule: 11AM to 8PM MNL Time (Monday to Friday)


Role Overview:

In this critical role, you will focus on screening eCommerce talent to ensure the selection of highly qualified candidates. Additionally, you will develop training programs and facilitate new hire onboarding. You will also play a key role in creating and improving standard operating procedures (SOPs) while fostering a culture of continuous learning through innovative knowledge-sharing strategies.


Key Responsibilities:


Recruiting

  • Talent Sourcing: Screening and qualifying eCommerce candidates to ensure they meet client requirements in terms of skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Candidate Experience: Endorse candidates in a professional, organized manner, ensuring an excellent experience for both clients and applicants.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with candidates, guiding them throughout the hiring journey.
  • Tool Utilization: Utilize advanced recruitment tools and platforms to effectively source, attract, and screen top-tier candidates.
  • Reporting: Preparing concise recruitment reports that outline candidate pipeline updates, key performance metrics, and hiring progress.


Onboarding

  • Facilitate Onboarding: Welcome new hires with onboarding kits, schedules, and role expectations.
  • Support New Hires: Provide technical assistance, answer questions, and ensure all required documentation is filed.
  • Candidate Endorsements: Endorse candidates to clients in a professional and organized manner, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Facilitate Client Interviews: Coordinate and facilitate client interviews to ensure a seamless process for both candidates and clients.


Facilitate Training

  • Needs Assessment: Identify training needs in coordination with department heads and leadership.
  • Program Development: Assist in the creation and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills, including areas such as time management and conflict resolution.
  • Process Improvement: Create, rewrite, and update SOPs to align with client workflows, policies, and procedures.


Knowledge Management

  • Collaboration: Work with management to develop e-learning courses and workshops.
  • Learning Methods: Implement various learning strategies such as coaching, job shadowing, online training, and buddy systems.


Required Experience:

  • Expertise in Amazon and eCommerce Platforms: Knowledge and experience with Amazon and other eCommerce platforms are essential.
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong written and verbal English skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Process-Oriented: Skilled in creating and improving workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Platform-Specific Expertise: Experience working with Amazon Seller Central, DataDive, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Client Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Adaptability: Ability to stay ahead of recruitment and industry trends to meet dynamic client needs.
