Description

As an E-Commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining product records, ensuring all data is accurate and complete. Your efforts will play a crucial role in providing a seamless shopping experience for our customers through efficient management of product information. This role involves managing and analyzing data to optimize product catalogs, ensuring accurate reporting, and driving revenue growth across internal platforms and third-party marketplaces. You will build and maintain reporting, collaborate with teams to address 3P and Store performance issues, ensure data quality, maintain documentation, and enhance pricing, catalogs, and inventory platforms.


Accountabilities:


  • Drive revenue growth by managing e-commerce stores across internal platforms, microsites, and third-party marketplaces (Amazon, Google, Shopify), ensuring accurate and optimized product catalogs.
  • Conduct advanced data hygiene checks and implement measures to ensure data quality.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Development teams to resolve issues impacting store performance and user experience.
  • Create and maintain documentation for data infrastructure and reports focused on Ecommerce and Third Parties
  • Enhance and maintain Pricing Tools, Third-Party Catalogs, e-commerce sites, and inventory platforms.
  • Evaluate and adjust pricing strategies to optimize effectiveness.
  • LexisNexis Store: Maintain product records, ensuring accuracy and completeness of product data, SEO metadata, and images. Conduct audits, resolve inquiries, and perform testing for software releases and store migrations.
  • Digital Library & Third-Party Sites: Support eBook loads for LexisNexis Digital Library and third-party vendors as needed.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.


Qualifications:

• Must be a Bachelor's degree holder

• Experience in eCommerce, product management, or a related field.

Proficiency in eCommerce platforms (e.g., Adobe Magento, Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, Shopify, OverDrive Digital Library).

Proficiency in SQL, Google Analytics, CRM tools, and basic to intermediate knowledge of VBA/Macros.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Teams, and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with SEO principles and practices.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently within a remote team.

• Basic understanding of HTML and Adobe Photoshop.
