Job Description

Description

  • Respond to customer emails within specified timeframes (usually 24-48 hours)
  • Provide detailed, accurate, and professional email responses
  • Research customer accounts and order history to resolve issues
  • Handle billing inquiries, refund requests, and account modifications
  • Create and maintain email templates for common inquiries
  • Forward complex issues to specialized departments
  • Track and monitor email queue metrics and response times
  • Ensure all customer communications follow company tone and style guidelines
  • Document customer feedback and recurring issues for improvement
  • Collaborate with other support channels to ensure consistent service
  • Participate in quality assurance reviews and feedback sessions
  • Maintain knowledge base articles and FAQ resources

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma minimum
  • Exceptional written English skills with proper grammar and spelling
  • Experience in customer service or email support roles
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

  • Ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely
