- Supervise and mentor a team of customer service representatives to ensure high performance.
- Develop and implement processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Conduct training and onboarding sessions for new team members.
- Monitor team performance metrics and report on progress to management.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years in customer service or related field
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Qualities and Traits: Leadership qualities and a positive attitude
