We are looking for a motivated and customer-friendly individual to join us as a Call Center Agent. You will be the first person customers speak with, helping them by phone and providing quick and professional solutions to their concerns to ensure a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls in a professional and friendly manner
• Provide accurate information and guide customers with their inquiries or concerns
• Resolve issues efficiently and escalate cases when necessary
• Maintain customer records and document interactions properly in the system
• Meet individual and team performance metrics such as call quality, handling time, and customer satisfaction
• Follow company procedures, scripts, and communication guidelines
• Assist customers with troubleshooting or service-related questions
• Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience in every interaction
• Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and skills

Requirements:

• Good Communication skills
• HS/S-HS diploma
• Basic computer know-how
