  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a positive attitude while managing customer concerns.
  • Document interactions and update customer records accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience Level: At least 6 months of experience in customer service preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language, strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Qualities and Traits: Patient, empathetic, and detail-oriented individual with a positive attitude.
