What You’ll Do:
The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support. This role will involve resolving customer inquiries and issues with empathy and efficiency, collaborating closely with our field sales team and various departments to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities:
• Initiate outbound calls to customers and respond promptly to inbound inquiries, addressing questions regarding products, services, pricing, and order status.
• Provide personalized assistance and recommendations to meet customer needs effectively.
• Process sales orders accurately and oversee them throughout the lifecycle, ensuring timely updates and coordination with logistics and supply chain teams.
• Proactively communicate with customers to confirm order details, resolve issues, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Accounts Receivable, Warehouse/Logistics, Supply Chain, and IT departments to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns swiftly.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance customer service processes for improved efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to team success by achieving individual and collective performance targets.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall objectives of the customer care team.
Qualifications:
Qualifications • Experience handling a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls efficiently and professionally.
• Ability to maintaining a positive attitude even during challenging situations to ensure a pleasant customer experience.
• Ability to be on time for work shifts and maintain good attendance records.
• Quick grasp of new concepts and processes, with the ability to adapt to changing environments.
• Proficiency in typing speed (35wpm), ensuring efficiency in data entry and correspondence.
• Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communication skills to convey information effectively.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills to effectively ensure all responsibilities are fulfilled promptly.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness in tasks, while maintaining productivity and achieving goals within designated timeframes.
• Ability to integrate in new technologies to improve efficiency and workflow processes.
Strong computer skills in a Windows-based environment:
• Proficiency in operating systems and software applications commonly used in a Windows environment.
• Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Must have a stable employment history.
