Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers exceptionally through chat and email
• Respond to Queries truthfully
• Convert chat interactions into successful sales by identifying customer needs
• Provide and offer products and services to customers
• Assist and Inform customers for a smooth transaction
• Be updated to current polices
• Resolves Issues and troubleshoot problems



Job Requirements

• EDUCATION: At least Senior High/High School Graduate (Currently not enrolled)
• EXPERIENCE: With 6 months BPO Tech/Telco Experience-Voice Account
• SKILLS: Proficient English communication skills, Computer Skills (MS Office), Technical skills, and excellent organizational and people Skills.
