  • We are looking for a dedicated Emergency Response Specialist with at least 2 years of voice-based customer support experience, preferably with background in emergency call handling or crisis response (e.g., 911 dispatch).
  • The ideal candidate must be quick-thinking, calm under pressure, and empathetic when engaging with customers in high-stress situations.
  • Strong communication skills and adaptability are key.
  • Bachelor's degree graduate
  • 2+ years of inbound/outbound voice support experience
  • Emergency/call dispatch or crisis support background preferred
  • Excellent verbal English communication (C1 Versant required)
  • Strong listening, comprehension, and adaptive conversation skills
