NOW HIRING: Medical Support Specialist (Healthcare Account)
Location: Cebu City
Schedule: Shifting
Work Setup: Onsite
Position: Medical Support Specialist
Industry: Healthcare Account
Salary: ₱17,000 per month
Qualifications:
- At least Senior High School Graduate (K-12 curriculum)
- Fresh graduates are welcome!
- Call center experience is a plus but not required
- Good English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
Responsibilities:
- Handle calls and inquiries related to healthcare services and insurance.
- Assist with claims, billing, benefits, and authorizations.
- Update and manage patient records in healthcare systems.
- Meet performance targets and provide excellent customer service.
