Job Overview

We are looking for a Healthcare Support Specialist to join our dynamic BPO team in Mactan Newtown. This role is perfect for someone with at least 6 months of call center experience who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. As the first point of contact for patients and healthcare clients, you’ll be responsible for providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and delivering a professional, empathetic experience.

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound and/or outbound healthcare-related calls with professionalism and empathy
• Assist patients or healthcare providers with inquiries, benefits verification, appointment setting, and account updates
• Analyze and resolve concerns using critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ensure accuracy in all data entry and communication
• Follow company procedures and compliance standards
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in every interaction

Qualifications

• Must be a Senior High School graduate (K-12, New Curriculum) or higher
• With at least 6 months of BPO/call center experience
• Must be spontaneous, articulate, and demonstrate strong critical thinking skills
• Amenable to work onsite in Mactan Newtown, Lapu-Lapu City
• Willing to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
