We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our pioneering team in Banawa, Cebu City. As part of our logistics account, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a smooth logistics experience.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and logistics processes.
• Assist customers with order tracking, delivery updates, and issue resolution.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and empathetic attitude with every interaction.
• Accurately record and update customer information in the system.
• Meet performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, quality, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve campaign goals.

1. At least Senior High School Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree is a plus).
2. Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
3. Excellent active listening and problem-solving skills.
4. Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems.
5. Willingness to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays if required.
6. Previous BPO or logistics experience is an advantage but not required.
7. Must be willing to work onsite at Banawa, Cebu City.

• Salary Range: ₱20,000 – ₱29,000 per month
• Signing Bonus: ₱15,000 (upon job offer acceptance – Wave 1, Pioneering Campaign)
