We are seeking highly motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our Logistics Account team at Concentrix Cebu – Banawa Site. The role involves assisting international customers with their logistics and shipping concerns through phone, email, and chat support.

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries regarding shipment status, delivery schedules, and logistics concerns.
• Provide accurate information and solutions related to billing, customs, and shipping documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and partner couriers to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Maintain a professional, empathetic, and customer-focused approach at all times.
• Accurately log customer interactions and follow established company policies and procedures.

• At least Senior High School Graduate (College level or graduate preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills (oral and written).
• Willingness to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be computer literate and able to navigate multiple systems.
• Fresh graduates and first-time call center applicants are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly Salary: ₱15,000 – ₱21,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
