Description
- Engage with customers through voice support to resolve concerns, provide guidance, and recommend solutions
- Promote relevant products or services through upselling or soft selling tactics
- Achieve sales and service metrics while delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Adapt quickly to new tools, workflows, and team goals in a fast-paced setup
- Maintain professionalism while handling escalations, objections, or complex queries
Requirements
- At least 6 months of BPO Sales experience (upselling, hard or soft selling)
- Completed at least 2 years in college with no back subjects (72 units for non-grads with multiple courses)
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 level) Amenable to 100% onsite work in either Vertis North (QC) or Taguig
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule (including graveyard shifts and non-fixed weekends off)
- Comfortable in a sales-driven environment
- Must be able to provide Transcript of Records or grades for educational verification
- Open to discussing previous employment history (gaps, short stints, and reason for leaving)
