We are seeking an experienced and visionary Creative Director to lead and elevate our creative initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping the visual and conceptual direction of projects, overseeing design and content teams, and ensuring all creative output aligns with strategic business goals. This role requires a balance of artistic talent, leadership ability, and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the overall creative vision across digital, print, and multimedia campaigns.
• Lead and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Oversee the creation of high-quality visual assets, ensuring consistency and innovation.
• Review and approve creative work, maintaining standards for quality, originality, and effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field. Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in creative roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital design, branding, and multimedia campaigns.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in industry-standard design software and creative tools.
