JOB OVERVIEW

Responsible in attaining Accounting Dept.’s goal of accurate, complete, and timely filing andreporting of all transactions that are recorded and posted in the company’s Accounting InformationSystem. He/she acts as integrator of all data of the company. Ensure accuracy, completeness, andtimeliness of reports.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Computes and reports costing of projects and services
• Review and consolidate cost and margin analysis report
• Prepare JVs for cost related related adjustments
• Review stock transfers (in/out). Ensure transfer out from transferring warehouse isreconciled with transfer-in in receiving area
• Organize and coordinate conduct of periodic and cycle inventory count
• Consolidate results of inventory count
• Investigate inventory shrinkages
• Reports periodic inventory balance
• Organize inventory disposal
• Prepare JVs for inventory and costs related adjustments
• Work hand-in-hand with inventory audit group
• Monitors all assets movement in the accounting system

Other Functions

• Assist in other tasks in case of shortage of manpower or during urgent situations like but not all inclusive; inventory count, sales recording, special audit, others
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or any business related course.
• Willing to work overtime and in field areas like: stores, far provinces, and other outside locations.
