We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Junior Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate is an ambitious professional eager to drive client acquisition, nurture leads, and contribute to the company’s sales objectives. As part of the team, you’ll learn from industry leaders and have the opportunity to grow your sales expertise.


  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify, research, and engage with prospective clients using tools like LinkedIn, email, and CRM systems.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Qualify leads, schedule meetings, and manage the sales pipeline to meet and exceed targets.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track sales performance, provide insights, and suggest improvements to optimize the sales process.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (experience in the BPO/outsourcing industry is a plus).


Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with sales prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Mindset: A proactive, self-motivated individual with a growth mindset and a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
