About the Role

Are you highly organized, people-oriented, and ready to be the bridge between our firm and government agencies, clients, and partners? As a Liaison Officer, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations by handling compliance, documentation, and relationship management. This position involves both office-based tasks and extensive fieldwork, making it perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic environments.


What You’ll Do

  • Government Liaison & Compliance: Coordinate permits, licenses, certifications, and compliance documents with agencies (BIR, SEC, LGUs, DOLE, Bureau of Immigration, etc.).
  • Documentation Management: Prepare, submit, and retrieve important company and client documents while maintaining organized records.
  • Communication & Relationship Management: Serve as the key contact for external stakeholders, fostering strong professional relationships.
  • Conflict Resolution: Mediate disputes and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
  • Internal Coordination: Work closely with management and teams to provide updates and secure compliance requirements.
  • Field Operations: Travel to agencies, partners, and sites to file, submit, and deliver documents or checks.


What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Administration, Communication, Public Relations, Political Science, or related fields). Vocational graduates with relevant experience are welcome.
  • Experience: 1–2 years in liaison, administrative, or public relations roles. Prior government agency dealings are a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Problem-solving and adaptability in fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Mobility: Valid driver’s license required; motorcycle ownership preferred for fieldwork.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
