- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in compensation analysis, payroll management, employee relations, social recruitment, performance management, HR business partnering, and financial literacy.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage compensation structures, ensure compliance with payroll regulations, handle employee inquiries, and support performance review processes.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard hours; possibility of field work.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, proactive, and able to collaborate effectively.
