Requirements

  • Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in HRIS software, excellent communication abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Design and manage compensation structures, conduct salary surveys, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard business hours; some remote work may be available.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle sensitive information confidentially.
