Description
- Prepare and process payroll accurately and on schedule, including salaries, overtime, incentives, bonus, and allowances
- Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws and government regulations (SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF, etc.) through timely reporting and remittances
- Act as the go-to person for all employee inquiries related to payroll, government-mandated benefits and leave policies
- Manage leave tracking and documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local labor laws
- Analyze compensation data and turnover trends.
- Make recommendations based on data (e.g., adjusting pay scales, enhancing benefits).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in payroll processing and compensation and benefits administration
- Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits
- Experience with HRIS or payroll software is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to handle employee concerns with discretion and clarity
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines effectively
