Description
- Manage accounts receivable and collections processes.
- Contact clients regarding overdue payments and resolve billing issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve collection targets.
- Prepare reports on overdue accounts and collection activities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Job Title: Collections Specialist
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in collecting debts, credit investigation, credit analysis, strong attention to detail, and effective time management.
