The Client Support Officer is primarily accountable for assisting the BPI Private Wealth officers/clients in managing Private Wealth accounts and/or supporting sub-units

Responsibilities

  • Supports the Private Wealth RMs in servicing both prospective and existing clients
  • Familiar with products and services available in BPI Private Wealth
  • A ssists in reminding bankers on their deliverables to ensure timely execution/settlement .
  • Checks the completeness and accuracy of the transactions
  • Coordinates and monitors the team’s Wealth transactions, document deficiencies and regularization of documents
  • Ensures that all team’s transactions were done and requests were already sent to the responsible units
  • Assists bankers and acts as alternate officer in absence of PW RMs on client services activities

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any four-year business course
  • Preferably with Banking Experience or any Operational Experience
  • Well versed in MS Office
  • Good communications Skills
  • T akes responsibility and exercises accountability over transactions
