Position Overview :

The successful candidate will be responsible for taking leads in a timely manner in line with SLAs, diligently following up on leads for nurture, effectively liaising with the appropriate points of contact for inspections, and accurately inputting data into the required systems to ensure that bookings are documented, invoiced, and dispatched correctly.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining their pipeline of active clients and monitoring shared inboxes for SMS and emails, to ensure that communication from clients is addressed and actioned in a timely fashion. This role is more on delivering the service, will be processing the clients' inquiries.

• Confident, assertive, go-getter mindset, with the ability to resolve client needs and objections

• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changes to procedure where necessary

• Willing to work shifting schedules and weekends

Qualifications and experience

• Relevant experience in a sales telephony environment or similar

Experience in dealing with English-speaking clients. Experience dealing with Australian clients a plus.

• Experience working with CRM software and invoicing a plus

• Experience with upselling and cross-selling products and services

• Proficiency in English communication and comprehension, spoken and written

• Reliable, stable internet connection at home. Backup connection (secondary line) a plus

Other requirements

• Please note that this position requires a background check to be undertaken which may include identification and national police records check. Successful appointment to this position will require a police check.

• Ability to work flexible working hours.
