- Review and process insurance claims efficiently and accurately.
- Investigate claim details and communicate with claimants and providers.
- Ensure compliance with policy guidelines and regulations.
- Maintain organized records and documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the claims process.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex claims issues.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong financial knowledge and consultative sales skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard hours, occasional overtime may be required.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, excellent communication skills, and customer-focused.
