- Review and process insurance claims efficiently and accurately.
- Investigate claims to determine validity and gather necessary information.
- Communicate with clients, healthcare providers, and insurance adjusters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Maintain detailed records of claims and related correspondence.
- Assist in resolving disputes and appeal processes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students with relevant internships.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong consultative sales skills, familiarity with RFP processes, CHFP certification preferred, and solid financial knowledge.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; potential for remote work.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, excellent communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and customer-focused approach.
