Web3 Industry Research Analyst

Job Description:

- Responsible for selecting topics, planning, and writing industry research reports periodically published by the overseas investment team, conducting research on the investment feasibility of specific Web3 industry trends or projects;

- Conduct research on market data related to Web3 industry projects, identifying and summarizing the latest trends through surveys, data analysis, and other methods;

- Produce quarterly and annual summary reports on the investment team’s performance and conduct research on competing products in the industry, generating data analysis reports and providing optimization recommendations for the company’s investment strategy to enhance brand image.

Job Requirements:

- Strong data analysis and calculation skills, clear logical thinking, meticulous and conscientious. Candidates with an educational background in economics, finance, mathematics, or computer science and good cognitive abilities are preferred;

- A strong interest in financial markets, with strong learning abilities and the capability to quickly capture the latest industry trends and understand projects. An individual with a certain level of research quality and practical materials or work cases to support their research abilities is required. Experience in producing data reports or research reports is preferred;

- Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in Chinese, excellent English listening, reading, and writing skills, with the ability to quickly read English documents. English proficiency at CET6 level or above is required. Candidates with study experiences in Europe, America, or Australia are preferred. Having overseas experience or being a native English speaker is an advantage, especially if possessing strong data abilities or understanding of financial markets; English requirements may be relaxed appropriately.
