Senior Product Manager (Wealth Management Products)

Job Responsibilities: (Competitor Analysis, Experienced in Wealth Management Products)

1. Develop and execute the strategic plan for the company's wealth management products, ensuring that the product line's growth aligns with company goals and customer needs.

2. Analyze market trends and competitors, proposing targeted product improvements and innovations to enhance product competitiveness.

3. Define the key functionalities and features of the product, create a detailed product roadmap and launch plan, ensuring timely delivery of the product.

4. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including design, technology, marketing, and operations, to ensure product development timelines and quality.

5. Manage the entire lifecycle of wealth management products, including product launch, promotion, maintenance, and retirement, while continuously optimizing the product.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or a related field, with a solid theoretical foundation.

2. Over 5 years of experience in wealth management/financial product management; familiarity with exchange-traded financial products and related business is preferred.

3. Knowledge of financial markets and product development processes, with an understanding of the characteristics of wealth management products and market demand.

4. Ability to improve and optimize existing products, as well as reconstruct the underlying mechanisms of products to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.

5. Strong data analysis skills and experience with product management software.

6. Excellent teamwork and communication skills, adept at cross-departmental coordination to drive projects to successful completion.

7. Proficient in English, capable of using it as a working language.

Bilingual, Beijing time 10 AM to 7 PM, 2 days off per week, statutory holidays.
